Verification Requirements
After completing your purchase, you have 48 hours to:
- Upload the required documents and images for identity verification.
- Book a video call with one of our health advisors.
These steps are mandatory for us to verify your identity and allow a specialist nurse to review your application. Failure to complete these steps within the stipulated time frame may result in administrative charges.
Cancellations After 48 Hours
If you request to cancel your order after 48 hours from the purchase date and:
- Your purchase status is marked as Incomplete or On Hold, a 25% administrative fee will apply.
- Refunds will not be processed if your prescription has been prepared or dispensed.
Refund Conditions
Refunds or returns are considered under the following circumstances:
- Dispensing Errors: If the medication provided does not match the prescription.
- Faulty Medication: If the pen or medication is found to be defective upon receipt.
- Ineligibility for Treatment: If one of our specialist nurses determines that the treatment is unsuitable or unsafe for you.
- Uncontrollable Side Effects: If side effects prevent the continuation of the treatment, as confirmed by our medical team.
Non-refundable Situations:
Refunds are not provided for reasons unrelated to the above conditions, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incomplete documentation provided by the customer
- Prescription completion and readiness for dispensing
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply all required documentation, images, and any relevant returns. Refunds will only be processed once these materials are received and confirmed.
Administrative Fees
- Cancellation Fee: A 25% administrative charge applies to cancellations requested after the initial 48-hour period.
- Refunds will not be issued if the prescription process has already been completed or medication has been prepared.
